Accounts Receivable Professional Opportunities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 4-8 years of experience in accounts receivable, proficient in MS Office and possessing strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day calls/queries relating to billing processes
  • Perform regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function
  • Evaluate and apply cash only based on defined process without exceptions
  • Collate all remittances for Cash/Wire/Cheque payments received and apply to correct invoice using Remittance Advice from customers or related collectors
  • Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund
  • Provide details of un-applied and unidentified cash to all collectors daily and follow up proactively to get details of applications
  • Resolve inquiries/queries related to Billing
  • Day-to-day reporting of activities and progress reports to seniors
  • Manage and recover outstanding payments from customers
  • Contact debtors, negotiate payment plans, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Investigate and address customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies
  • Download bank statements for all accounts
  • Provide bank statements, remittances, and correspondences received to collectors on the same day
