">Role Overview:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead our Master Data Management and Transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for simplifying, automating finance and accounting processes in a shared service environment.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Master Data Management: Develop and implement Master Data Management strategies to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
  2. Process Simplification: Analyze and optimize finance and accounting processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives and achieve business objectives.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional Certifications: Chartered Accountant or CA Inter or MBA Finance.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in technologies used in SSC environments and SAP.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of all technologies used for automation like RPA etc., in-depth knowledge of SAP (HANA) to lead projects for simplification and automation.
