Transformation Leadership Position

This is a key role within our organization, driving innovation across various industries. The position involves developing and executing transformation roadmaps for clients in the customer service and technology domains.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring timely realization of milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive management and business owners.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze feasibility and impact across multiple service lines.
  • Identify and implement new technologies relevant to service lines, with potential for scalability.
  • Deliver on strategic and functional goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.

Key Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field, along with 10+ years of experience in change management or transformation.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Experience in driving complex improvement/transformation projects across multiple accounts/domains.
  • Transformation/process re-engineering experience, including RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled conversation bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.).
  • Experience in the contact center or BPO industry (Voice).
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills, with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt/PMP/OCM certification preferred.
