Senior Software Development Lead

This position involves working as a senior software development lead on various projects, focusing on digital transformation in the commercial area.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and Hybris, including project management, requirement gathering, and vendor management. They will also be responsible for preparing and executing workshops, gap analysis, and business process design.

Additionally, they will manage delivery teams, collaborate with technical demand teams and business change managers, and prepare user acceptance testing. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud best practices and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management / Digital Transformation in the Commercial Area
  • Create Business Requirements / Change Requests Document
  • Support Business to Define and Describe Exact Needs
  • Prepare Requests for Proposals and Manage Vendors Technical Answers
  • Perform Gap Analysis between Requirement and Solution
  • Design and Document Business Process
  • Align Business Processes across Agencies

Requirements:

  • BE / BTech / Any Master's Degree
  • SAP Commerce Cloud Certification is Highly Preferred
  • SAP Commerce Cloud Experience, SAP Hybris (add-on) of 4-6 Years
  • Extensive Experience as a SAP Commerce Cloud Developer with a Strong Focus on Hybris, Backend Development
  • Hands-on Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and Related Services
  • Experience on FE JavaScript / CSS
