Strategic HR Partner for Growth

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Partner to drive business growth through effective people management. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the construction equipment manufacturing industry and a Master's degree in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal processes to ensure employee performance aligns with business objectives.
  • Organizational Change Initiatives: Support and lead organizational change efforts to adapt to new strategies and processes.
  • HR Projects: Manage and implement various HR-related projects, from process improvement to system implementation, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they remain competitive and compliant with company policies.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and execute initiatives to improve employee morale, satisfaction, and retention, resulting in increased productivity and reduced turnover.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and recruiting to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in an HR role, with experience in the construction equipment manufacturing OEM industry.
  • Qualification: Master's degree in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in Performance Management systems and processes.
  • Experience in leading and supporting Organizational Change Initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills for various HR projects.
  • Knowledge of Compensation & Benefit structures.
  • Proven ability to drive Employee Engagement and talent acquisition strategies.
