Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing and revenue management, with extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP BRIM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design, implement, and support BRIM CI solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to clients on BRIM CI functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay updated on BRIM CI trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
  • Assist in the development of documentation and user manuals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in BRIM CI or related technical consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of billing and revenue management concepts.
  • Proficiency in SAP BRIM and its components such as Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and Customer Financial Management.
  • Experience with integration of BRIM solutions with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
