Summary:

We are seeking a
Salesforce Consultant
with expertise in
Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing)
and
Field Service Lightning (FSL)
. Success in this role means delivering efficient
Quote-to-Cash
and
Field Service
implementations, ensuring seamless processes for our clients. You will play a critical role in customizing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) and FSL features.
  • Support Quote-to-Cash processes and optimize FSL object model usage.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical/functional support during implementation and post go-live.

Qualifications:

  • min 3 years of experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) and FSL.
  • Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash cycle and FSL object model.
  • Proficiency in declarative tools; basic Apex/SOQL is a plus.
  • Salesforce CPQ/FSL certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
