Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Architect

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ professional to lead and deliver end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformations for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will combine deep CPQ expertise, solution design skills, and consulting experience to architect scalable and optimized Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce CPQ architecture, design, and implementation across enterprise engagements.
  • Configure and customize Products, Pricing, Bundles, Product & Price Rules, Approvals, and Quote Templates.
  • Integrate CPQ with Sales Cloud, Billing, ERP, CLM, and eSignature systems.
  • Drive project delivery, review technical deliverables, and ensure quality and compliance with Salesforce standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, driving workshops, roadmap discussions, and solution presentations.
  • Support pre-sales with solutioning, estimations, and proposal development.
  • Mentor delivery teams and establish best practices for deployment and governance (Copado/Gearset).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1216 years of overall Salesforce experience, including 6+ years in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Hands-on expertise in Product Configuration, Pricing, Discounting, and Advanced Approvals.
  • Experience with Salesforce Billing and integrations with ERP or external systems.
  • Strong skills in Apex, LWC, Flows, REST APIs, and deployment tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (mandatory)
  • Sales Cloud Consultant / Platform App Builder (preferred)

Preferred:

  • Experience with Agile delivery and global projects.
  • Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
  • Prior consulting experience with large SIs or Salesforce partners.
