We are seeking a skilled technical consultant to deliver expertise in billing and revenue management solutions.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical solutions using convergent invoicing technology.
- Design, implement, and maintain applications for optimal performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to billing and revenue management solutions.
- Provide guidance and training to team members and clients on the functionalities and best practices of convergent invoicing technology.
- Assist in the integration of convergent invoicing systems with other platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical consulting with a focus on convergent invoicing solutions.
- Strong knowledge of billing and revenue innovation concepts.
- Experience in SAP BRIM implementation and configuration.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as ABAP, Java, or similar.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
