Our client, a leading global architecture and design firm, is seeking an experienced leader to launch their flagship studio in Mumbai. As Office Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a business strategy for the Indian market, working closely with the Europe-based leadership team.
This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the studio's culture, strategy, and growth from inception. You will oversee international-standard Commercial, Data Center, and Mixed-use projects, collaborating with globally recognized studios and leadership teams.
- Lead the Launch: Establish the foundation for a new global architecture studio in India.
- Culture and Strategy: Shape the studio's culture, strategy, and growth from inception.
- International Projects: Oversee international-standard Commercial, Data Center, and Mixed-use projects.
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate with globally recognized studios and leadership teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects. Prior experience working with international design firms is highly valued. A demonstrated ability to manage and grow a studio/business unit, with P&L responsibility, team leadership, and resourcing skills is essential.
- Leadership Experience: At least a decade in studio/office leadership roles.

- International Exposure: Prior experience working with international design firms.
