Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Engineer to administer and maintain identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

This role requires an individual with experience in implementing and managing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across systems, monitoring and reporting on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across systems
  • Monitor and report on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies
  • Collaborate with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Essential Requirements:
  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Understanding of identity reporting and analytics, such as access logs and entitlement reviews
  • Knowledge of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management
  • Understanding of managing RBAC models and knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Azure IAM features, such as Conditional Access and Privileged Identity Management
  • Exposure to AWS IAM and cloud identity integrations
  • Scripting or automation skills, such as PowerShell and Python
  • Azure DLP (Purview) experience
