Identity Management Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Developer to join our team.

The role involves working on IAM implementations, access management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning, contributing to product development across the full lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, configure, and maintain IAM solutions and integrations.
  • Implement access management policies and workflows.
  • Design and maintain application provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM and .NET application issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

This position requires a strong understanding of identity lifecycle, access management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning concepts. The successful candidate will have experience working with at least one IAM tool, such as Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Identity Manager.

Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–12 years of development experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools and .NET technologies.
  • Mandatory experience in at least one IAM tool: Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
  • Strong experience in .NET (C# or VB.NET) and SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of REST API and WCF is an advantage.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of Identity Lifecycle, Access Management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory; Azure AD experience is an added advantage.
  • Fluent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
