Global Education Specialist

A key responsibility of this role will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in counseling students, preferably in the study abroad sector, and demonstrate a genuine passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

Flexibility and adaptability will be essential in this role, as the candidate will need to adjust working hours to meet the needs of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive guidance to students on selecting universities based on course offerings, rankings, specialization, and location preferences.
  • Offer impartial and honest advice on studying abroad, leveraging expertise and knowledge to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to engage with students and stakeholders.
  • Utilize MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and typing skills to create engaging content and presentations.
  • Deliver talks and presentations on behalf of the organization, highlighting opportunities and experiences available through our platform.
  • Ensure timely responses to student inquiries, providing clear and concise information to support informed decisions.
