We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Academic Counselor.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, counseling students and parents about our academic programs, and converting inquiries into admissions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential leads generated through various sources
  • Counsel students and parents on courses, fees, batch timings, and institute benefits
  • Follow up regularly with leads and maintain engagement until final conversion
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions in the CRM system
  • Meet weekly and monthly admission targets set by management
  • Provide detailed and accurate information to ensure transparency in the admission process
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding of students
  • Assist during admission events, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Good knowledge of educational services and student counseling
  • Able to meet targets

You will also require:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience in academic counseling or telecalling is an added advantage
