Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with prospective students through outbound and inbound calls.
  • Transform webinar attendees and registered leads into successful course admissions by leveraging your exceptional communication skills.
  • Conduct thorough counselling sessions to understand students' objectives and provide tailored recommendations for their career development.
  • Prominently highlight program benefits, potential career outcomes, and scholarship opportunities to empower students with informed decisions.
  • Effectively manage CRM tools, including lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, and EMI schedules, to drive seamless operations.
  • Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission milestones through diligent efforts.
  • Nurture trust by explaining the career roadmap, emphasizing the potential earning capacity of ₹30K–₹50K/month after certification.
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leaders to enhance conversion rates and drive business success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech, Sales, Counselling, or BPO sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi languages.
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities to navigate complex conversations.
  • Comfortable working towards daily call targets and revenue goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel proficiency.
  • A genuine passion for education and the healthcare sector is highly valued.
