Job Title

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a large pool of subject matter experts, overseeing the development of high-quality questions and assessments, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing question banks and content creation;
  • Coordinate with SMEs to develop test designs and blueprints;
  • Oversee the quality assurance process for all test items and question sets;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet project requirements and deliverables;
  • Train and develop SME pools in various domains and subjects;
  • Provide expert analysis and reporting on exam results and assessment data;
  • Support lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and meeting organizational needs;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in education and assessment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Subject Competency: A deep understanding of school subjects up to the 12th level as per NCERT Syllabus;
  • Education System Knowledge: A broader understanding of the education system of the country and relevant bodies such as NCERT/CBSE/Boards;
  • Experience in Education Sector: Experience working in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development;
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command over English (written and spoken) and good command over spoken Hindi;
  • Proficiency in Verbal Ability: Proficiency in at least one of the following skills: Verbal Ability - English, Verbal Ability - Hindi;
  • Additional Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
