Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Verification Architect to lead our verification efforts for IPs and SoCs. This position requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in verification methodologies, testbenches, and scripting languages.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to work closely with design, architecture, and validation teams to drive verification strategy and ensure first silicon success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reusable testbenches and test cases using industry-standard methodologies and HVLs.
  • Manage and lead a team of verification engineers to achieve high-quality verification through code coverage, functional coverage, and assertions.
  • Define test plans and verification methodologies using UVM/OVM to ensure first silicon success.

The successful candidate will have experience in automation, simulation, and emulation using industry-standard tools. They will be able to analyze complex technical issues, provide solutions, and guide stakeholders on verification best practices.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Strong knowledge of verification methodologies, including UVM/OVM, and scripting languages like Perl, C++, Python, Unix Make, or Unix Shell Scripts.
  • Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality verification results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive verification strategy and ensure collaboration between design, architecture, and validation teams.
