Our team is looking for a skilled Chief Analog Circuit Designer to lead the development of innovative analog circuits.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced circuit designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge analog circuits. As a Chief Analog Circuit Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing analog circuits that meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Your primary focus will be on leading the design and development of analog circuits, including voltage regulators, power converters, and other related components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of these circuits into larger systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of complex analog circuits, including voltage regulators and power converters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of circuits into larger systems
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Mentor Freshers and Junior engineers for upscaling their technical skills as well as other skills needed for better efficacy
  • Ensure high-quality designs and take them all the way to silicon success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering
  • 10+ years in Analog Circuit Design
  • Solid understanding and design experience of complex analog designs with full ownership
  • Chip design, Verification, Silicon validation, debugs, Qual support and taking ICs to production
  • Must be a technical leader & natural team player, mentor and should strive towards fostering a highly creative and productive working environment
