Key Account Sales Manager

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic brand partnerships. As a key account sales manager, you will own and drive revenue targets for media sales, branded content, sponsorships, and marketing solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Business Development & Revenue Growth
  1. Owning and driving revenue targets for media sales, branded content, sponsorships, and marketing solutions.
  2. Identifying and building strong relationships with C-suite executives (CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Business Leaders).
  3. Working independently to establish revenue streams before expanding the team.
  4. Developing and executing an aggressive B2B sales strategy to bring in high-value clients.
  5. Innovating new monetization models to grow media, events, and brand partnerships.
  • Leading Sales Efforts by Example
  1. Being the first sales leader to break new ground, winning clients and setting benchmarks for performance.
  2. Leading sales meetings, pitch presentations, and negotiations directly with C-level executives.
  3. Demonstrating strong consultative selling skills, crafting high-impact solutions for brands.
  4. Expanding the sales team based on revenue achievements, hiring top talent to scale success.
  • Monetizing Our Business Lines
  1. Selling sponsored articles, digital ad placements, and content partnerships for SME Futures.
  2. Securing sponsorships and strategic partnerships for business events, summits, and networking forums for Guild Live.
  3. Developing branded video series, leadership interviews, and digital content campaigns for Guild TV.
  4. Pitching and executing branded content, whitepapers, and custom reports for clients through Guild Partner Studio.
  • Brand Solutions & Creative Sales Strategies
  1. Developing tailored marketing solutions that integrate branded content, events, and digital media.
  2. Innovating unique sponsorship packages for clients across our platforms.
  3. Working closely with editorial, marketing, and design teams to craft compelling brand narratives.
  4. Staying ahead of industry trends, offering cutting-edge media solutions to clients.
  • High-Impact Pitch Decks & Proposals
  1. Mastery the art of storytelling, crafting powerful pitch decks that showcase our value.
  2. Creating data-driven sales proposals with strong business cases to close high-ticket deals.
  3. Ensuring all sales materials reflect premium quality, market trends, and client needs.
  • Team Expansion & Leadership
  1. Initially working independently to drive sales before expanding a full sales team.
