We seek a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Assurance Manager to oversee accuracy, compliance, and optimization of revenue streams across Fintech and NBFC businesses.

Job Description

Revenue Assurance Managers are instrumental in identifying revenue leakages, validating revenue recognition, and improving internal financial processes across all verticals.

  • Monitor end-to-end revenue processes across both companies.
  • Perform regular reconciliations between source systems and accounting ledgers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue as per relevant accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).
  • Validate the application of interest rates, fees, commissions, and other financial charges across customer segments.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A successful candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, preferably in Fintech, NBFC, Banking.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, loan lifecycle, fee structures, and revenue models in fintech and NBFC domains.
  • Proficient in financial systems (ERP, billing software), advanced Excel, SQL, and data analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with RBI regulations, Ind AS/IFRS, and revenue recognition principles.
