
Lead Generation Business Development Specialist

Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role that utilizes your analytical skills and business acumen? We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for generating sales qualified leads (SQLs) and creating new business opportunities across a defined set of strategic enterprise accounts. This role requires close collaboration with regional sales leaders and coordination with the marketing team to craft compelling messaging and execute targeted campaigns.
In this role, you will play a critical part in building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline for AI-led digital transformation services. You will research and analyze target accounts using business and industry acumen to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers. You will also execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate interest and schedule meetings for regional sales leaders. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute joint campaigns and virtual/in-person events to drive demand generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze target accounts to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate interest and schedule meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing to design and execute joint campaigns and events.
- Engage with C-suite, VP, and Director-level executives to understand their pain points and position solutions effectively.
- Craft compelling narratives and high-level solution overviews to spark curiosity and interest.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems.
- Track and report on lead generation KPIs, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
