This is a key role in our organization, responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
- We are seeking an individual to identify and acquire new clients in Bangalore and South India region for staffing, contract hiring, and payroll outsourcing services.
- The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain long-term relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, and senior decision-makers.
- You will develop business strategies and action plans to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Responsibilities include preparing proposals, empanelment documents, and client presentations, as well as negotiating commercials, contracts, and SLAs with clients.
- You will also collaborate with recruitment & operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Ongoing tasks involve tracking competitor activities, market trends, and emerging business opportunities.
- You will maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular business reports to management.
- Additionally, you will represent the company at industry events, HR forums, and networking platforms.
- Mentorship and guidance of junior BD executives is also expected.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills are essential.
- Knowledge of staffing models, payroll management, and HR outsourcing is necessary.
- The ability to prepare business proposals and present value propositions effectively is required.
- A proven track record in achieving business targets in the staffing/payroll industry is preferred.
- Strategic thinking, strong networking, and market research abilities are highly valued.
- Leadership skills for handling BD executives and client accounts are necessary.
