Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide seamless technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals 24/7.
  • Monitor and respond to incidents via a ticketing system within agreed-upon SLA timelines.
  • Perform thorough remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Ensure users across various time zones experience minimal downtime.
  • Maintain detailed logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support.
  • Offer technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both on-site and remotely.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications efficiently.
  • Respond to user tickets and resolve issues related to Windows, Mac, or Linux environments.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system updates.
  • Assist in setting up new systems and user accounts effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues.
  • Ensure timely updates and patches for systems and applications.
  • Train users on essential IT procedures and best practices.
  • Oversee inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with established policies.
