Job Overview

  • Install, maintain and operate OpenShift Virtualization environments with high standards of quality.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to OpenShift with a focus on minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Key Skills Include:

  • Strong proficiency in Windows Server Management, including patch management.
  • Understand IT processes including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Network Understanding: Strong understanding of networking principles and practices.
  • Storage Management: Knowledge and management of storage systems and technologies.
  • VM Management: Experience in deploying, operating, decommissioning and migrating virtual machines (V2V and P2V).
  • Bare Metal Servers: Experience in bare metal server installation, rack and stack operations and decommissioning servers.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to work rotational shifts including night shifts to provide 24/7 support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems configurations and processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
