About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to join our team at Swiggy Genie. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand and marketing strategies that align with our company's objectives and target audience needs.

As a Digital Marketing Director, you will lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies, to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms. You will also design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring effective messaging and alignment with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience needs.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies, to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to digital platforms.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring effective messaging and alignment with brand identity.
  • Analyze performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize impact.
  • Work closely with product, business, and operations teams to align on goals, track performance, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG/eComm/Internet companies.
  • Strong knowledge of STP, 4Ps, and proven ability to write and deliver clear marketing briefs.
  • Highly proactive, with the ability to execute quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer communities, with experience building partnerships to drive engagement and growth.
  • Strong data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, including agencies and internal business teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas simply and effectively.
