At RSA Security, we are seeking a skilled Channel Operations Analyst to support our APJ Channel Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze channel performance metrics and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor channel performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to optimize channel strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform channel development and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of channel partner programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze channel partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development of training materials and tools for channel partners.
  • Train channel partners on our systems and tools.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on channel performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in channel operations and partner management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in channel operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, Microsoft Suite).
  • Experience required in Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret and present data to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Training and presentation skills to conduct video call training sessions to our channel partners, sometimes in person.
  • Experience in ordering systems (eg CPQ) an advantage.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
