Channel Operations Role at RSA Security

RSA Security is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Channel Operations Analyst to support our APJ Channel Sales organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our channel operations to improve efficiency, increase revenue, and enhance partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze channel performance metrics and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor channel performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to optimize channel strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform channel development and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of channel partner programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze channel partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development of training materials and tools for channel partners.
  • Train channel partners on our systems and tools.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on channel performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in channel operations and partner management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in channel operations, sales operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, Microsoft Suite).
  • Experience required in Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret and present data to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Training and presentation skills to conduct video call training sessions to our channel partners, sometimes in person.
  • Experience in ordering systems (e.g. CPQ) an advantage.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Work Conditions:

  • Flexible hours required to support APJ territory.
