Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in paid advertising? We're seeking a media buyer or paid ads growth specialist to drive results through innovative ad strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to develop effective ad copy and creative suggestions.
  • Build strong client relationships through excellent communication and confidence-building skills.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to gather valuable insights and optimize ad performance.
  • Foster a data-driven approach to decision-making and stay up-to-date with industry changes.
  • Suggest and implement new ad angles, creative variations, promotions, and landing page improvements to increase ROAS and conversions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing paid ads campaigns on Facebook and Google for eCommerce and DTC brands.
  • A minimum of $25,000 in managed ad spend.
  • At least 2-4 years of performance marketing experience.
