Job Overview:

A seasoned executive is sought after to lead M&A advisory efforts, providing strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Leadership: Execute end-to-end deal management, including origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client Advisory: Advise clients on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis, including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value. Negotiate terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, and advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in Finance
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
