About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Outreach Coordinator to join our marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers looking to build a career in SEO and outreach marketing.

As an SEO Outreach Coordinator, you'll be responsible for establishing relationships with publishers, bloggers, and industry websites, influencers to secure backlinks and brand mentions that improve online visibility for SaaS brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to identify potential websites, bloggers, and influencers for outreach.
  • Build and maintain a database of outreach prospects.
  • Compose and send personalized outreach emails to secure backlinks, guest posts, and partnerships.
  • Follow up on outreach campaigns to maximize response and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content team to identify link-building opportunities.
  • Track, measure, and report outreach activities and results.
  • Stay updated with SEO and digital marketing trends, especially in the SaaS domain.
Required Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and link-building concepts (training will be provided).
  • Research-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to use tools like Google Sheets/Excel for managing outreach lists.
