We're seeking a collaborative and creative individual to join our team as an Education Outreach Coordinator. This exciting opportunity allows you to drive engagement initiatives, build strong relationships with educators, and develop compelling content that resonates with our audience.

About the Role

This internship offers a unique chance to work closely with our Marketing and Partnerships team, supporting strategic educator engagement efforts. As an Education Outreach Coordinator, you'll schedule meetings, take notes, and help nurture ongoing partnerships.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Partnerships team to support strategic educator engagement initiatives.
  • Schedule and participate in educator partnership meetings, taking notes, identifying action items, and helping to nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Write and manage smart, engaging captions for social media channels, aligned with our brand voice.
  • Convert raw ideas into polished, shareable social media posts and content.
  • Support the content calendar with scheduling, creative brainstorming, and identifying content gaps.
  • Draft and manage onboarding email sequences for new educator partners and mailing list subscribers, using email marketing tools.
  • Assist in the analysis of marketing campaigns using metrics from analytics tools.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in using social media platforms, and strong time management and organizational skills. They should also have a strong understanding of storytelling, tone, and visual brand identity, as well as a curiosity and self-starter attitude.
