About the Role

This position is part of our Marketing team and focuses on generating a qualified pipeline that progresses through the sales funnel to build net-new closed revenue.

We are seeking an experienced professional who believes every interaction is an opportunity to build our ABM team, which will uncover, qualify, and nurture new-net opportunities to drive Plum's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough research to inform targeted outreach planning, capturing organization structure, HR & Finance department changes, quarterly results, and creating high-level ROI models.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for connecting with high-level contacts (CXOs, Directors, VPs) in owned accounts.
  3. Work closely with the Marketing team to create account-based content and materials.
  4. Develop and execute personalized email, cold calling, and social selling campaigns to qualify opportunities.
  5. Effectively communicate value propositions across multiple product lines to secure initial meetings with prospects.
  6. Gain in-depth product knowledge – learn Plum's playbook, ABM tactics, and selling practices.
  7. Qualify and develop outbound leads across business lines through strong communication and discovery.
  8. Run 1-to-1, 1-to-few, and 1-to-many email and warm calling campaigns to generate demand and attract incremental net-new prospects.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing prospecting roles.
  2. Experience in SAAS or IT companies is preferred.
  3. Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
  4. Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and end customers.
  6. Prior exposure to tools like Sales Navigator, CRMs, Lusha, Seamless.ai, Outreach.io, etc.
  7. A proven track record of consistency in achieving targets.

Estimated salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
