Job Summary:
Administrative Leadership RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to assume the role of Joint Registrar at our esteemed institution. As a senior administrative leader, you will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance and governance, liaising with regulatory bodies such as UGC, AICTE, and others.
The successful candidate will support the Registrar in managing establishment, examinations, admissions, and academic records. You will also handle legal cases, policy documentation, and institutional governance according to statutory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings and preparing official records for governing body, academic council, finance committee, and board of studies. Additionally, you will oversee service rules, appointments, leave records, promotions, and staff/student grievance redressal.
You will maintain administrative databases and generate reports for internal and external audits, NAAC/NIRF/Statutory submissions. Furthermore, you will guide administrative staff and ensure smooth functioning of all student/staff-related services.
Key Responsibilities:
