Role Description

As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects or initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage.

Focusing on the people side of change, including adjustments to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures, you will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of, and proficiency with changes that impact employees.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, deliver, and manage communications that support adoption of project or initiative changes.

A key aspect of this role is assessing the change impact, conducting analyses, and identifying key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Additionally, you will provide input and support the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.

  • Develop structured methodologies for leading change management activities.
  • Apply change management process and tools to create strategies supporting adoption of required changes.
  • Support communication efforts through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage communications for project or initiative changes.
  • Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness.
  • Identify key stakeholders and provide input for training programs.
