Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Climate Change Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from proposal development to project closure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in climate change and sustainability, with experience in managing projects that contribute to carbon neutrality and environmental sustainability.

The role requires excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation and submission of proposals, RFPs, EOIs, and bids in line with client and sector requirements.
  • Review project documents and identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.
  • Draft and structure high-quality project proposals tailored to carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability projects.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of templates, case studies, credentials, and standard bid documents.
  • Track and monitor relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualification: Relevant degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in climate change and sustainability.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple deadlines.
