The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing high-quality proposals and presentation materials, attending calls with internal teams and clients, and managing opportunities of varying complexities. They will analyze RFI and/or Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to ensure adequate information is provided for budget, proposal, and response preparation.

This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as the candidate will work closely with the Business Development and client-facing team members to develop required documents. They will also identify and resolve issues around client enquiry requirements and capabilities, ensuring timely delivery of assigned deliverables.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum based on location and experience. Rise HRS offers a competitive salary package that includes benefits such as medical insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
