Job Title: SRE Leader

The SRE leader will oversee the reliability engineering function to ensure infrastructure resilience and optimal operational performance.

This role combines technical expertise with team management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Maintain alignment between business goals, customer expectations, SLAs, SLOs, and Error Budgets through effective organizational reliability strategies.
  • Develop incident response frameworks, including escalation policies, on-call scheduling, service ownership mapping, and RCA process governance.
  • Lead technical reviews for infrastructure design, high-availability architectures, and resiliency patterns across distributed cloud services.
  • Drive observability and monitoring culture by implementing standardized tooling, alert definitions, dashboard templates, and telemetry data schemas.
  • Promote continuous improvement through maturity assessments, toil elimination initiatives, and SRE OKRs aligned with product objectives.
  • Foster a high-performing SRE team through mentorship, technical career development, proactive ownership culture, and cross-functional knowledge sharing.
