Business Opportunity

The role of a Sales Team Leader in the Personal Loan segment is to oversee and manage a team of Loan Sales Officers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Loan Sales Officers to achieve business targets.
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers and cross-sell products.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree with 5–8 years of experience in Retail Loan Sales.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience in sales.
  • Strong knowledge of retail loan processes, credit policies, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Must be fluent in Kannada (speaking, reading, and writing).
