Learning Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to support the growth of our Bid, Project, Planning & Commercial Management Academy. As a Training Development Manager, you will play a key role in enabling our global communities with the best knowledge of Tender, Project, and Commercial Management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the training curriculum for the academy, ensuring it aligns with the learning and development roadmap and meets the growing demands of the business.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and external agencies to design and develop training materials that meet the needs of our users.
- Support the Request for Proposal process by synthesizing requests and following up on proposals and selections.
- Liaise with Alstom University to ensure timely deployment of training content and follow-up on participation and feedback.
- Monitor training quality and participation by tracking KPIs and proposing corrective actions accordingly.
- Identify and select new trainers based on needs, onboard, coordinate, and animate global training community for bid and project management community trainings and special programs.
- Support the communication and sharing of updates, best practices, and associated tools to community Mtier leaders based on latest news from Alstom University/Other Academies/HR etc.
