Software Innovation Engineer

We are seeking a talented Software Innovation Engineer to join our research and development team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting innovative software solutions.

Your primary focus will be on creating cutting-edge synthesis optimization algorithms that improve timing, area, and power design metrics. You will also be responsible for validating and analyzing these algorithms on benchmark designs to measure achieved improvements.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will provide R&D support to application and product engineers for customer problems and requests. This includes problem analysis, debugging, and fixing, or the development of new features and enhancements to improve synthesis results with respect to timing, area, and power.

This role is ideal for applicants looking to continue their software engineering career in an intellectually stimulating and challenging problem domain.   • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7-12 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficient in C/C++.
  • Excellent programming and software engineering skills.
  • Experience with UNIX and/or LINUX platforms preferred.
  • RTL knowledge in System Verilog or VHDL preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Tcl preferred.
  • Experience in language compiler.
  • Prior experience with large software development projects highly recommended.
  • Prior experience with timing analysis software development projects highly recommended.
