Software Development Leader

This is a key leadership role within the Software Development team, responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of software projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, as well as experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex system software products.

We are looking for an individual who can provide guidance and support to team members, while also driving innovation and improvement throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver software projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve software quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex system software products.
  • Strong technical skills in software development, including programming languages, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading collaborative efforts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
