Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead the development of our digital commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement fault-tolerant distributed systems and cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes, AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS) and other elastic platforms.
  • Drive innovation through modern software development practices, including microservices, API design and DevSecOps principles.
  • Lead architecture and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and improve the development lifecycle.
  • Implement critical enterprise initiatives focusing on cloud cost optimization, risk management and legacy system modernization.
  • Lead the adoption of AI and machine learning to enhance digital commerce capabilities, including anomaly detection and search optimizations.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-impact features ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and customer requirements.
  • Mentor senior software engineers encouraging a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Expertise in Java and strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
  • Proven experience deploying and managing applications on AWS and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices and secure software design principles.
  • Outstanding analytical skills to navigate ambiguity and deliver innovative scalable solutions.
