Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to lead our Rewards Innovation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, high-performance software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new features and functionality for our rewards platform
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and on budget
  • Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmaps and strategies
  • Ensure software quality and reliability through rigorous testing and code reviews

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • Full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
