Job Title: Technical Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and driven individual to lead payroll projects across Europe. As a key member of the Global Payroll Digital team, you will be responsible for managing global integrations between payroll platforms and broader HR systems.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing HR transformation programs, ideally in a global or regional capacity. They will also have a proven track record of delivering digital payroll or HRIS projects with a strong emphasis on system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex global integrations between payroll platforms and broader HR systems.
  • Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across regions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Manage external vendors responsible for implementing payroll solutions.
  • Deliver strategic HR transformation initiatives.
  • Align regional execution with global program goals.

  • Technical proficiency in payroll and HR platforms (e.g., SAP, ADP, or similar).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Additional Information:

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
