Job Title: Training Manager - Process Excellence

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training program development and facilitation, with experience in process improvement and project management.

They will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, as well as strengthening internal processes for communications, needs identification, and facilitator management.

A key aspect of this role is identifying opportunities for ongoing process improvements and driving teams to implement such projects.

Other responsibilities include leading all training improvement projects, liaising with leadership teams and other senior staff to address training needs, and maintaining and enhancing training policies and procedures.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in the RCM domain
  • Extensive knowledge of the RCM industry
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of process improvement programs like Six Sigma or Kaizen
