Visionary Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a charismatic and forward-thinking leader to spearhead our Ileseum Club in Pune, India. As the linchpin between daily activities and club objectives, you will instill a culture of excellence, foster vibrant communities, and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership & Team Management:
  • Oversee Sales, Customer Service, Facilities Management, Trainers & Fitness staff, banquets, and support teams for seamless operations.
  • Monitor team performance in terms of productivity, behavioral excellence, customer centricity, and adherence to SOPs through periodic reviews.
  • Develop staffing requirements plans for efficient club operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Create Employee Development and Assessment Plans (EDAP) and conduct staff appraisals to enhance talent development.
Club Operations:
  • Establish and execute operational policies, procedures, and standards for superior service delivery.
  • DIRECT Groundskeeping and maintenance teams to ensure park and walking lane upkeep, maintaining the highest standards.
  • Approve daily walk reports and financial requests for repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely resolution.
Wellness, Yoga & Meditation Services:
  • Manage the wellness center daily, overseeing services, staffing, and equipment to ensure exceptional member experiences.
  • Curate a calendar of wellness offerings led by qualified instructors, catering to diverse member interests.
Financial Management:
  • Develop and monitor P&L plans along with departmental targets, ensuring accurate forecasting and strategic decision-making.
  • Optimize billing, vendor management, and cost control processes to maximize profitability.
Sales and Marketing:
  • Design strategies to grow membership and service sales, identifying new opportunities and enhancing existing ones.
  • Collect customer feedback and implement experience-enhancing initiatives to boost member satisfaction.
Academies & Value Added Services:
  • Supervise Academy and value-added services operations, ensuring programs align with customer needs and expectations.
  • Mentor fitness teams to deliver high-quality services and optimize program effectiveness.
Strategic Planning & Business Development:
  • Develop long-term strategic goals for Club growth, create roadmaps, and conduct regular reviews to track progress.
  • Identify new business opportunities, such as partnerships, corporate memberships, and innovative service offerings.
Reporting & Performance Evaluation:
  • Compile monthly reports on operational performance, financial status, membership trends, and customer satisfaction.
  • Update and share daily reports and dashboards, tracking key metrics and KPIs.
  • Evaluate operational expenses, adhere to budgets, and optimize staffing levels for maximum efficiency.
IT & App Utilization:
  • Enter necessary data into the Club CRM system and other established platforms.
Member Satisfaction and Customer Centricity:
  • Operate access control systems and engage with members to foster strong relationships and personalized experiences.
  • Promote a culture of customer centricity, ensuring every interaction is memorable and rewarding.
