Senior Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution, delivery, and performance of end-to-end projects. This role involves managing scope, quality, timelines, and resources while ensuring customer satisfaction and team growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on quality and timely outcomes.
  • Manage scope, timeline, and budget for assigned projects.
  • Develop proposals, review estimates, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and plan training initiatives.
  • Establish strong governance and structured project reporting mechanisms.
  • Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
  • Promote and implement mature processes, quality practices, and change management plans.
  • Evaluate and adopt tools, methods, and policies to improve project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8-18 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Proven expertise in project and delivery management.
  • Strong scope and customer relationship management.
  • Experience with PLM platforms like 3DEXPERIENCE/ARAS (preferred).
  • Leadership in people management, retention strategies, and process implementation.
  • Proficiency in business development and account mining.
