Job Title: Senior Human Resources Leader

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our HR operations, driving process improvements and compliance.
  • You will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, addressing grievances, supporting performance management, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • This role requires collaboration with leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions, ensure compliance with labor laws, and develop talent-focused programs to enhance engagement, retention, and growth.
  • You will implement business-specific activities, ensuring operational excellence in HR operations, fostering a diverse culture, managing employee grievances, and executing end-to-end performance management.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and driving employee engagement survey action plans is also key to this role.

HR Center of Excellence:

  • As part of our HR Center of Excellence, you will curate customized solutions and programs aligned to business and HR objectives.
  • You will guide teams and managers on compliance, performance, and employee behavior, providing support to HODs and Managers.
  • Driving initiatives focused on diversity & inclusion at an organizational level is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in HR or a related field from a reputable institution with a proven track record.
  • 11-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on senior-level HR initiatives.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of minimum 2 members is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll compliance, and HR best practices is required.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR Automation, AI-enabled tools, Payroll Systems, strategic initiatives, and Microsoft Office Suite.
