Learning Consultant (Trainer) Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Learning Consultant to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in designing and facilitating effective learning solutions.

  • Assess training needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance our organization's learning and development initiatives.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning sessions using adult learning theory and learning technologies.

This is a hybrid, mid-level position that requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years proven experience as a Learning Consultant or similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and virtual facilitation tools.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across teams.
