  • Organization will be critical, as you will be expected to manage multiple timelines simultaneously and keep detailed, accurate records of each client's journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Support Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of undergraduate and graduate clients, ensuring steady progress throughout the application cycle.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients (including calls with students and parents) to provide updates, clarify next steps, and ensure timely task completion (essays, resumes, college lists, etc.).
  • Coordinate with colleagues to align client timelines, goals, and deliverables.
  • Support the team as needed, including helping with research, resume edits, draft reviews, or brainstorming sessions.
  • Attend client meetings, document key points, and follow up with clear action items.
  • Track all stages of the client journey, from onboarding to submission, ensuring deadlines are met.
Program Management Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design, delivery, and presentation of programs for school partnerships as well as undergraduate and graduate clients.
  • Evaluate systems to monitor program performance and evaluate outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Implement measures to ensure the effective and timely delivery of program content and services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology, Business, Humanities, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – clear, professional, and prompt.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt, problem-solve, and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and proactive in follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Asana, or CRMs is a plus.
  • Prior experience in client management, education consulting, or mentorship preferred.
